Struggles in the work place

In this article the ethics of being deaf and being in the "Deaf World" is discussed. It is a shame that it is difficult for people to get a jobwhen they are deaf . It is said that deaf people arelooked at as having a disability. That angers me because deaf people are not anymore disabled than anyother person that speaks another language then we are used to. It is not right that the deaf community struggles in the work place and I believe that it is an ethical problem.
