Work habits and Attitude

I believe that this shows that in the work world the better idea's you have the further you will go. This kid had a great idea for doing homework, but then a better idea came along and it crushed his good attitude. So many people lose their good attitude becasue they cant accept better ideas. What we need to do is pick the best idea and come together with a good attitude and work together to make the idea reality.
